Your First Visit

To streamline your first visit with our practice, we recommend filling out your new patient paperwork at home before heading in for your first appointment. If you would prefer to fill out your new patient forms in our office, please plan to arrive an additional 10-15 minutes earlier to your scheduled appointment. If you plan on using dental insurance, please remember to bring your insurance card and a valid I.D. with you to your first appointment. Any previous dental records or X-rays can be forwarded to our office from a previous practice prior to your first visit as well.

Caddo Mills Dental is proud to accept patients of all ages, and we welcome and encourage families to schedule family block appointments with our team. Family block appointments allow your entire household to see our team for routine dental care in a single morning or afternoon, reducing the number of trips that need to be made to our office. We also offer same-day treatment post-diagnosis whenever possible to keep our treatments more convenient for our patients. If you or your child need accommodations for any special needs, please let us know when you are scheduling your visit so we can accommodate you to the best of our abilities.

Emergency Dentistry

Should you need to see an emergency dentist in Caddo Mills at any point, our experienced team is ready and able to assist. Whether it’s an unbearable toothache or a dislodged adult tooth, Dr. Bates or Dr. Bynum can offer the care required to relieve your symptoms and restore your oral health. To schedule an emergency visit, please give our office a call as soon as you can, and we will do our best to accommodate you in a timely manner.


Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel an appointment at any time, we kindly ask that you provide our team with at least 24 hours’ notice if possible. This allows us to offer your allotted time to another patient who may need to see our team for prompt dental care. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
