Carole Bates, DDS
Dr. Carole Bates is the owner of Farmersville Dental and Caddo Mills Dental, and she is a practicing dentist at both locations as well. She has lived locally in Farmersville since 2009 and has a passion for serving the dental needs of this rural area of Texas.
Dr. Bates was born and raised in a town just outside of Vancouver, BC, Canada, but has been living in Texas for over 20 years now. Her first career was performing as a professional ice skater for Disney On Ice, and she spent years traveling the world and meeting new people. Of course, the most special person she met on the road was her husband, Scott, who toured with her as a backstage crew member. They got married while still on the show but soon decided to start their family. They both love Texas and decided to settle here close to Scott’s family.

Dr. Bates and her husband have two boys who graduated from Farmersville High School and are grown up now. She decided to go back to school while she was coaching ice skating at the Galleria in Dallas to pursue something other than her beloved ice skating—and that turned out to be dentistry!
Dr. Bates attended two years of university in her hometown at Trinity Western University in Langley, British Columbia, and later continued her undergraduate college education at Texas A&M University-Commerce. She earned her doctorate from the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston. Dr. Bates is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, North Texas Dental Society, and the American Orthodontic Society.
As a small-town dentist, Dr. Bates has a deep passion for helping her patients achieve healthy and beautiful smiles. She takes great pride in providing personalized care to each and every one of her patients, and she strives to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in her practices. Her commitment to her patients is evident in the time and attention she gives to each appointment. Dr. Bates takes the time to listen to her patient’s concerns and answer their questions, ensuring that they feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their treatment.
Dr. Katherine Bynum
Caddo Mills Dental is proud to have Dr. Bynum on our team. She is a small-town transfer after being born and raised in Plano, Texas, and she is loving it so far. She attended Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth on a soccer and academic scholarship. From there, she went down to San Antonio to attend Dental School at the UT Health Science Center. In her free time, Dr. Bynum enjoys spending time with family and loving on her golden retriever, Raider (Wreck ’em Tech!). Her work philosophy stems from the idea that patients are family. She strives for perfection and values making sure all patients are given a comfortable experience. Her goal is to help in any way she can in the community and promote positive dental education.

Brittney originally started working at our Farmersville location in 2018 and came full-time to our Caddo Mills location in 2021. Brittney has been in the dental field since 2008. She enjoys working with the best doctors and tremendous staff, knowing as a team, we will help our patients achieve a healthy and beautiful smile that they can be proud of. She also takes pride in helping our patients with any questions they may have regarding their treatment plan, insurance, or financial needs.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. They love spending their time at the softball fields and cheering for the Dallas Cowboys together as a family. Brittney is a complete foodie and is always excited to cook and try new recipes. She also loves her church family and attends Transformation Church in Quinlan, Texas.

Deamber Sipe started at Caddo Mills Dental in the summer of 2018. She is our hygiene coordinator and the first person you see when you walk in. Deamber is great at scheduling hygiene appointments, checking up on insurance coverage, and answering any questions patients may have. Not only does she love the ladies she works with, but she also enjoys meeting new people every day. One of her favorite parts of her job is seeing the transformation that our patients go through and the joy on their faces when they are done with treatment.
Deamber lives in Caddo Mills with her husband and two kids. When she is not at Caddo Mills Dental, she is helping her husband run his business, NBR Services, LLC, which is an excavation company. In her spare time, her family likes to go camping and ride their SXSs. On more casual days, you can also find her hanging out with her children and doing work around their house.

Emily is one of our wonderful Caddo Mills Dental assistants, she has been in the field for 5 years and started working at Caddo Mills Dental in 2022. She was born and raised in Caddo Mills and she has a large group of family and friends in the area, so we know her as “Miss Caddo Mills” who knows everybody in town. Emily is very social and enjoys working and chatting with our patients, helping to achieve a beautiful smile they can be proud of.
Emily lives in town with her high school sweetheart and their adorable husky. In her spare time she enjoys coaching fast pitch softball and loves being with her friends and family. Emily is also a huge Buffalo Bills fan and loves traveling to Buffalo to visit family.

Morgan is our dental assistant who started working in Farmersville Dental location in 2010. She then transferred to the Caddo Mills Dental location in 2020. Morgan has been in dentistry for over 12 years. Morgan enjoys working with our patients to achieve a beautiful smile they can be proud of. She loves to get our patient’s their whitest and brightest smile ever through our Zoom Whitening System. She is known for her enduring personality and positive attitude.
Morgan lives in Emory and is married to her high school sweetheart. She has 2 happy energetic kiddos. She enjoys Hunting, Fishing and Camping with her family and to dogs.

Trisha began her career as a dental assistant. After thirteen years, she decided to go back to school to get her degree in dental hygiene. Trisha started her new career as a dental hygienist in 2003 and went to work at our Farmersville location in 2006. She then transferred to Caddo Mills when our newest office opened in 2018. In total, Trisha has worked for Dr. Bates for over 17 years—she has truly been here from the beginning!
Trisha and her husband Lowell, as well as their ever-growing family, moved to Caddo Mills in 2002. She feels so blessed to be able to work and live in Caddo Mills. When they can find the time between school and sports events, Trisha and her family enjoy exploring their new hobby of camping.

Wendy is one of our hygienist who has been with our team since 2022. She currently lives with her family in Celeste. Wendy has been in dentistry since 1998. She first worked as a dental assistant then found her passion was hygiene. What she loves most about her job is building relationships with patients and cultivating life long friendships. In addition she loves partnering with patients to improve there oral health so they feel good about their smile.
Wendy has been married to her high school sweetheart since 1994. They have 2 boys that are very active in sports and moto cross. They love country living, and volunteering at their church. In her spare time, she also enjoys cooking, camping ,and traveling.

Liz is one of our younger members of the team as a dental assistant and we are so blessed to have her. Liz has been a part of the Caddo Mills community for almost 10 years. She graduated from Caddo Mills High School and was a varsity cheerleader for the Foxes! She enjoys working with her hands and has an artistic flare where she keeps our office marketing up to date and exciting. Her goal for each of our patients is to make them feel at home, and leave the office feeling confident in the beautiful smile they have.
In her free time, Liz loves to be on the lake with her husband Jonathan. They love being anywhere outside together. So if you ever need to find her she is most likely at Lake Tawakoni.

In addition to our comfortable lobby and private treatment rooms, we offer additional touches, like complimentary pillows and blankets, to help our office feel less like a dental practice and more like a home. Our patients are also welcome to put on their favorite Netflix show during their services to take their minds off of their treatment and help the time fly by. Instead of having to bite down into trays full of goopy dental putty, our office uses iTero® intraoral scanners to capture highly precise, digital dental impressions. We also use digital X-rays and panoramic X-rays to safely and effectively capture detailed images that allow our team to diagnose and treat patients efficiently.
